Audituity LLC has set up this Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) to explain to you how your information is protected, collected, and used. Audituity LLC may update this Policy at any time. Audituity LLC will provide notice of materially significant changes to this Privacy Policy by posting notice on the Audituity Site and/or Services. By using the Site and/or Services, you agree to all terms in this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, which Audituity incorporates into this Agreement by reference. All capitalized terms not defined in this Policy will have the definition stated in the Terms of Use.

Protecting Your Privacy

Audituity LLC makes all attempts to protect your personal information. Audituity LLC will not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your prior consent.

Audituity LLC, or people who post on the Audituity Site, may provide links to third party websites, which may have different privacy practices. Audituity LLC is not responsible for, and does not have any control over, the privacy policies of those third-party websites, and encourages all users to read the privacy policies of each website visited.

Subscriptions to use the Services are available for anyone over the age of 18. To become a registered user of the Services, you must register an account, and you may be required to pay a subscription fee which will be due either monthly or annually. Use of Site and/or Application by Minors

Audituity LLC does not knowingly collect any information from persons under the age of 18 years of age. All subscribers to the Services must be over the age of 18.

Data Audituity LLC Collects

Audituity LLC may collect the following data:

name and title.

email address.

physical contact information, including physical address and phone number.

company name.

company website.

financial information including credit card information if released by the entity that charges your credit card for your subscription.

information that you enter into the Services.

billing and other information you provide to buy an Audituity LLC subscription.

dispute resolution, correspondence through Audituity LLC’s Site and/or the Services, and correspondence sent to Audituity LLC.

other supplemental information from third parties (for example, if there is a problem charging your credit card, Audituity LLC may receive information from the credit card company).

Audituity LLC sometimes collects your email address, for purposes such as sending confirmation emails, authenticating your accounts, sending information about products and specials listed for sale, and sending information about items that you buy, including any subscription Services. By giving your email to Audituity LLC, you consent to emails from Audituity LLC.

Audituity LLC sometimes collects your phone number for account authentication purposes and may send it to a third-party service for verification.

Audituity LLC is not responsible for any misuse of information by a third-party.

Audituity LLC may collect personal information if you provide it in feedback or comments or if you contact Audituity LLC directly. Any information posted on the Site and/or Services is not confidential. Please do not post anything on Audituity LLC’s Site and/or Services that you would like to keep private.

Audituity LLC’s web logs collect standard web log entries for each page served, including your IP address, page URL, and timestamp. Web logs help Audituity LLC diagnose problems with our server, to administer the Audituity LLC Site and/or Services, and to otherwise provide Audituity LLC’s service to you. In addition, Audituity LLC may collect other information from your interaction with our Site and/or Services, services, content, and advertising, including computer and connection information, statistics on page views, traffic to and from the Site and/or Services, advertising data, IP address, demographic and navigational data, and standard web log information. Audituity LLC may obtain this information from a third-party provider. Audituity LLC may use this information for marketing, commercial, or any other purpose as Audituity LLC sees fit.

Data Audituity LLC Stores

Audituity may store all information posted to this Site and/or Services, including account information, in Audituity LLC’s database, even after “deletion.” In addition, Audituity LLC may archive this information elsewhere as well.

Audituity LLC stores its web logs and other records are indefinitely. This may include information about the products and services you bought and your browsing history. However, Audituity LLC cannot guarantee access to these records by third parties, including our users, for more than seven business days after a user submits the original information.

Although Audituity LLC makes good faith efforts to store the information in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, Audituity LLC cannot guarantee complete security.

Audituity LLC may store information in an off-site location, which may or may not be in the United States and may not be bound by the laws of the United States.

Archiving and display of Audituity LLC’s webpages by search engines and other sites

Search engines and other sites not affiliated with Audituity LLC – including Google.com, Bing.com and Yahoo.com – archive or otherwise make available Audituity LLC’s webpages. Audituity LLC has no control over third-party archiving and search engine sites and cannot guarantee the accuracy of any information stored by search engine sites.

Circumstances in which Audituity LLC may release information

Audituity LLC may disclose information about its users if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process.

Audituity LLC may disclose information about payment information if there is a dispute over payments made to Audituity LLC.

If you do not wish to receive email marketing from Audituity LLC, you will have the choice to unsubscribe from the service.

International Users

Audituity LLC is only available to users located in the United States at this time.
